Scorched Pacific Saury Carpaccio is a dish made by Akira Hayama against Ryō Kurokiba and Sōma Yukihira during the 43rd Annual Tōtsuki Autumn Election's Main Tournament: Finals.
Description
Carpaccio is normally an hors d'oeuvre dish, however Akira spiced up this opening dish with just a single spice: Allspice. Thanks to a mixture of kaeshi and the usage of a burner to cook the fish, Akira created a dish that controlled the aroma of his dish, showing that he is more than a one-trick spice pony!
