Purée Soup from Four Types of Green Teas is a dish that Eishi Tsukasa cooked during his match against Terunori Kuga during the 1st Card of the 2nd Bout of the Régiment de Cuisine.

Description Edit

By using four different types of green tea which are gyokuro, fukamushi sencha, genmaicha and sencha and each of them are boiled in individual temperatures. cooked in separate ways with different ingredients, turned into purées, combined into one singular dish in the end, and with Eishi's care of ingredients he brings out the true essence and flavors of the green tea.
