Pineapple Fried Curry Rice is a dish made by Miyoko Hōjō during the 43rd Annual Tōtsuki Autumn Election's Preliminary Round.


The dish is exclusively made by Miyoko. Unlike any other fried rice, it uses the pineapple crown as design and the flesh is used as extra ingredients for the fried rice. A fragment of this dish is so good as it would make you think that it is an art itself!

  • The Pineapple Fried Rice is a famous delicacy in Southeast Asia, particularly Thailand. Unlike other fried rice, Thai fried rice focuses on Thai rice instead of other rice to cook the dish. It can use any ingredients as long as it doesn't affect the pineapple's sweetness/sourness.
  • Curry (/ˈkʌri/, plural curries) is an umbrella term referring to a number of dishes originating in the cuisine of the Indian subcontinent. The common feature is the use of complex combinations of spices or herbs, usually including fresh or dried hot chillies. The use of the term is generally limited to dishes prepared in a sauce. Curry dishes prepared in the southern states of India may be spiced with leaves from the curry tree.[1]
