Ojiya, more commonly known as Zosui, is a pre-cooked Japanese rice dish where the rice is cooked again to a more porridge consistency.
Soy Milk, also known as Soya Milk (豆漿 or 豆奶 in Chinese while 豆乳 in Japanese) or Soymilk, is a plant milk made from dried soybeans. Originating from China, the drink consists of the same amount of protein as cow milk. It can replace animal protein and other sources of dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. Compared to cow milk, Soy Milk has little saturated fat and no cholesterol. Because of this, it also becomes an alternative drink in China, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
