Improved Three-Layer Semifreddo is a dish made by Subaru Mimasaka for his Quarterfinal Shokugeki against Takumi Aldini during the 43rd Annual Tōtsuki Autumn Election's Main Tournament. Subaru used his ability "Perfect Trace" to recreate Takumi's Lemon Curd Italiano Semifreddo.
Description[]
Despite the fact that Subaru's dish lacked soul, they could not deny that the beautiful appearance of the dish alongside of the rich taste caused even the elderly judges to feel like maidens in love. It went toe-to-toe with Takumi's Lemon Curd Italiano Semifreddo, however, the secret weapon of added preserved lemons proved superior over Takumi's lemon curd improvisation.

Real Facts[]
- Semifreddo (pronounced [semiˈfreddo], Italian: half cold) is a class of semi-frozen desserts, typically ice-cream cakes, semi-frozen custards, and certain fruit tarts. It has the texture of frozen mousse because it is usually produced by uniting two equal parts of ice cream and whipped cream. Such a dessert's Spanish counterpart is called semifrío. In Italian cuisine, the semifreddo is commonly made with gelato as a primary ingredient.[2]
- Biscuit is a term used for a variety of primarily flour-based baked food products. The term is applied to two distinct products in North America and the Commonwealth of Nations and Europe. The North American biscuit is typically a soft, leavened quick bread, and is covered in the article Biscuit (bread). This article covers the other type of biscuit, which is typically hard, flat, and unleavened.[1]
