Aigamo Grilled with Spices is a dish made by Takumi Aldini and Isami Aldini against Sōma Yukihira and Megumi Tadokoro on the first day of the Tōtsuki Friendship and Rapport Training Camp.

DescriptionEdit

Converting an Italian dish to Japanese cuisine, this is one of the Aldini twins' irresistible specialties. Unique like no other dishes in most Italian restaurants, its Salsa Verde is made from the improvised and innovated version of Uruka, a Japanese ingredient that took longer time (minimum of one week) to be prepared. Considered as the Japanese version of a Grilled Duck dish.
